Highlighting of search results causes hyperlinks and quick info to not being usable

Problem

As soon as I open a result of my search, I'm not able to click on any referenced object as a hyperlink and the quick info is not shown.

Resolution

Highlighting your search results and providing a working hyperlink is not possible at the same time for technical limitations. You can set a configuration for every tenant in your i-doit installation, which allows you to control, whether you want to highlight the result or keep the functionality of your hyperlinks and quick info. You will find this setting at Administration → System settings → Tenantsettings. Here you will see the area Search containing the setting Highlight the search string. When activating this option by choosing Yes, you will keep the function to highlight the results. Otherwise choose No to deactivate the highlighting but be able to use the hyperlinks, even within your search results.
