With the release of the i-doit version 33 the Add-on and Subscription Center was added to i-doit.
If an error occurs while trying to open the Add-on & Subscription Center, the following needs to be checked:
- Can the server reach the following addresses?
- crm-gateway.i-doit.com
- licenses.i-doit.com
- center.i-doit.com/portal/
To access the Add-on & Subscription Center, the following IP addresses must also be enabled for the firewall or proxy:159.69.103.121

- Is the license token in the Admin-Center (Licenses tab) and in the “Config” tab the current token?
If there is a different token than the current token, then insert the current token.
After you have checked these steps, the Add-on & Subscription Center should be accessible.
