The Add-on & Subscription Center cannot be accessed
Problem
When opening the Add-on & Subscription Center under Administration > Add-ons > Add-on & Subscription Center, an error message is displayed or the page remains blank.
Cause
The Add-on & Subscription Center requires an internet connection to communicate with the i-doit license servers. If this connection is blocked, the Center cannot load.
Solution
Ensure that the i-doit server can reach the following addresses:
crm-gateway.i-doit.comlizenzen.i-doit.comcenter.i-doit.com
Verify this e.g. with:
curl -v https://crm-gateway.i-doit.com
curl -v https://lizenzen.i-doit.com
curl -v https://center.i-doit.com
If the connection goes through a proxy, it must be configured in the Admin Center under System Settings > Proxy.
Alternative: Install add-ons manually
If the Subscription Center cannot be used, add-ons can still be installed manually via the Admin Center:
- Download the add-on ZIP from the customer portal
- Open Admin Center > Tab Add-ons > Install/update module
- Upload the ZIP and install
Note
The Add-on & Subscription Center was introduced with i-doit version 33. In older versions, only the manual installation path via the Admin Center is available.
